I’ve always been fascinated with the role that food can have on our health!Â
Being an Accredited Practising Dietitian over the last 5 years, I started to notice a pattern with my newly diagnosed Prediabetes and Diabetes patients - they were so confused about what they could and couldn't eat!
 Their doctors told them to avoid carbs, their friend at the work told them carnivore and keto were the only way to go, but their online search told them low GI carbs were good (whatever a low GI carb was??!)
Hence why I decided to focus my online practice on helping those with Prediabetes and Diabetes make sense of it all!
I want to help you learn that you DON’T have to choose extreme diets and cut out all of your favourite foods to optimise your blood sugar levels - you just need a simple, structured approach.
